Tiffany Green-Abdullah, is a visionary leader and speaker in learning innovations, community development, and life coaching. Hailing from Chicago, she was a first-generation college student and has obtained multiple degrees, including a Bachelors in economics and a Masters of Education in education and technology both from Vanderbilt University.
Compelled to write this book to better understand her family's history and share her own story, Tiffany hopes The Bean Pie will create a legacy of storytelling in her family and yours and regain their legacy related to the bean pie which she bakes and sales alongside her book

Tiffany is a philanthropist and the Co-Founder of The Community Academy for Architecture and Design aka TCAAD (“t-cad”). TCAAD is a state-approved charter school and the first elementary school for architecture and design thinking school in the nation which was scheduled to open in Fall 2020 in her home community of Stone Mountain Georgia with grades K-4 and scale a grade per year to K-12. TCAAD is now pivoting to an online school and supplemental education service to adjust to this covid19 environment.
Tiffany developed and produced the Teaching for Social Justice and Democracy speaker series at CETL since 2016 with a faculty award under the same name as well as other programs and grants focused on Social Justice including Social Justice and Student Success funded by the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities. bookstore bean pie bookshop
Tiffany pitched and developed the Learning Community Development (LCD) team within the new Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and led that team as the Assistant Director from 2014-2020. She is also the visionary and founding Director of Digital Learners to Leaders, an interdisciplinary project-based co-curricular program that develops students’ digital literacy and leadership skills for K-16.
Digital Learners to Leaders received the Education Futurist Impact Award in 2019 from Campus Technology and have been nominated for several Technology Association of Georgia Awards. Tiffany also received an Award of Excellence for her leadership to develop digital literacy and leadership in Higher Education from the Tech For All Alliance, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on supporting diversity in technology that leads to social impact by raising public awareness around issues affecting the tech ecosystem and influencing policy. Tiffany received the distinct award of Outstanding Staff for the Georgia State University Carl Patton Presidential Award for Community Service and Social Justice for 2020. bookstore bean pie bookshop
